This property consists of a main villa and a private outbuilding.
The villa that we offer is completely secure. You can park two vehicles within the grounds of the property. You will have an additional private place in front of the house.
Upon your arrival, you will discover the large living room: living room, dining room and kitchen. Decorated with care, and fully air-conditioned, this living space will seduce you. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances. You can cook in complete serenity, whether you are a little or a big fan of cooking.
A terrace with a view of the Esterel and the Mediterranean is at your disposal from the kitchen and the living room. You can enjoy your breakfasts, lunches and dinners here with family or friends. You can also enjoy the plancha available.
A first bedroom completes this floor of the house. It consists of a 160cm bed and storage furniture. It is also air-conditioned, like all the other bedrooms in the villa.
The floor below, half a floor, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, a laundry area and a small sports area.
You will first discover, on your right, a master suite with its private bathroom, its adjoining dressing room and its small sports area. A shower and a bathtub will be at your disposal. The bedroom offers direct access to the carefully maintained garden, as well as to the infinity pool. Deckchairs and a small summer lounge await you for your moments of relaxation.
The second bedroom has a 160cm bed and storage space. The shower room is outside the bedroom.
Let’s now discover the dependency space. From the swimming pool access, you just have to go down a few steps to arrive in this intimate and cozy place, recently renovated. A fridge, coffee maker and crockery are available on site. However, there is no place to cook. This adjoining space will then offer you a magnificent bathroom with shower and bathtub in which you can relax while admiring a breathtaking view of the Estérel. A breathtaking corner for lovers of wide open spaces!
Finally, a bedroom with its round bed and its unobstructed view will complete this atypical place.

A deposit of 1000 euros collected will be requested on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been observed. In this case, part or all of it may be retained.
