On a day-to-day basis, we ensure full management of your property: coordination of housekeeping teams, linen management, and operational oversight. Every stay is handled with care — from guest selection to personalized welcome, in-person check-in and check-out (except in rare cases), and ongoing support throughout the stay.

Our commission is 24% (all taxes included), with a simple and transparent policy: no hidden fees, no onboarding fees, no photography or management charges.

Taxes & obligations

Do I need to pay tourist tax?

Yes. In all cases, tourist tax applies.

In most situations, it is automatically collected and remitted by major platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com. However, this does not exempt you from certain reporting obligations, which may still apply depending on your situation and booking channel.
