You will stay in a spacious architect's residence from the 60s and 70s and whose owners have kept the authentic charm of a retro decoration thanks to the furniture signed by great designers of this period. You will find some pieces of mythical furniture there.

The residence "Les Cèdres" consists of:
Level 1, the ground floor:
- an entrance hall
- a large double living room with lounge area and television (IPTV), a beautiful dining area and long balcony with a view of the entire pool area. On this balcony a small outdoor lounge.
- a fully equipped separate kitchen (gas hob, fridge/freezer, 2 electric ovens, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc.). You will have access to a terrace located at the back of the property and overlooking the garden. It is equipped with a dining area and a barbecue.
- a toilet
Level 2, upstairs:
- 4 beautiful double bedrooms with queen-size bed, storage and office space. 3 of them have access to the long balcony overlooking the pool area
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and dressing room
- 1 bathroom with bath, sink and toilet (pink bathroom)
- 1 bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (renovation soon to be completed)

The double living room and the bedrooms on the 1st floor have central reversible air conditioning which you can control the temperature individually. fans will be at your disposal for the rooms on the ground floor, which nevertheless remain cool, even in summer.

It is a pond in its natural state which houses an astonishing collection of lotuses, planted in the 1960s by its former owner, Mr. Gridaine, and which has since represented the largest colony of Lotuses in Europe.
These sublime species bloom from July to mid-September with blooming flowers 25 centimeters in diameter and leaves up to 1 meter. The bald cypresses, which border the stretch of water, are native to Florida and develop roots above the ground called Pneumatophores.
This pond is also remarkable for its richness in birds, more than 70 species are listed there, some stay there all year round, others come to winter.
The pond is part of the Valmasque departmental park and can be visited freely all year round.
This pond is dominated by a hill where “Le Manoir de l’Etang” stands. Transformed into a hotel, this building has a history: after the Second World War, Maurice Gridaine, cinema architect to whom we owe the first Palais des Festivals in Cannes, fell in love with the ruined mansion.
In 1949, Jean Cocteau and Jean Marais came to the scene: the project, dear to Marcel Pagnol, to create a city of cinema revived. However in Italy, Cineccita sees the light of day and dooms him to oblivion.
The gardener and the swimming pool specialist will be in charge of maintaining the outdoor equipment once a week.
