The fully equipped American kitchen with oven, microwave oven, hotplates, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, is open to the living room. A high bar separates the kitchen from the lounge area from where you will appreciate the unobstructed view of the swimming pool and the hill of Nice-Ouest. The living room has a sofa bed creating the sleeping area in no time. Finally the shower room is completely renovated with a large shower and a toilet.
