The space has been organized to feel comfortable and to create a day space and a night space, both as pleasant as the other. This studio consists of a sleeping area with a convertible sofa. In the living room area, you will find a small table serving as a dining area. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and WC. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Private underground parking will be greatly appreciated
The apartment allows quick access to the sandy beaches of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere.

From Port Canto to the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, it’s a real pleasure to walk there.

Shopping and welcoming terraces, the city center of Cannes has something to seduce. From the luxury boutiques of the Carré d’Or to the big brands on Rue d’Antibes, there is no shortage of choice. Between two purchases, enjoy a little coffee on the terrace of Cours Félix Faure or rue Hoche.
Peckish ? We indulge in the delicacies of rue Meynadier or the Forville market. In downtown Cannes, hedonists are king!
Public transport in Cannes:
The population of Cannes multiplies during the film festival period and in summer. Instead of looking for a parking space near the Croisette when you go to the center of Cannes, it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the residence and use public transport.
Regional Express Train (TER SNCF): The Cannes SNCF station is just a quarter of an hour by car from the residence. The lines will allow you to reach Nice, Antibes or even Monaco
Marinello maritime shuttle: During the summer, a maritime shuttle service is set up. This means of transport allows you to cross the bay of Cannes in a pleasant way at a low cost
This residence is a good quality residence, of course we will ask you to respect the neighborhood.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

You will be a 5-minute walk from the liveliest neighborhood in Cannes: "Cannes Banane"
"La Banane" is a neighborhood in the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, Rue d'Antibes, the beaches, and the prestigious hotels.
La Banane is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, the city's nerve center with all its shops and restaurants. It is also a highly sought-after and lively area. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you! Not to mention the beach 100 meters away and the Croisette just as close. You will be just a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
A bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building.
You will also be 15 minutes from Le Suquet, the old town of Cannes. Le Suquet is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, with its narrow streets, colorful facades, the old Château de Cannes, and the Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance. Just 1.5 km from the famous Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and its fine sandy beaches, as well as Rue d'Antibes with all its luxury shops — everything is easily accessible on foot, by bus or by bike. Boulevard Carnot is full of supermarkets and everyday shops just a stone's throw from your door, for a stay in complete independence.
Cannes railway station is accessible in approximately 10-15 minutes on foot (±1 km), with direct connections to Nice, Monaco and Antibes. Several bus lines serve the boulevard, allowing you to reach Cannes town centre and the entire French Riviera easily. Parking spaces are available directly along the street for those arriving by car.
The 17m² studio consists of a main room with a sofa bed enhanced with a mattress topper for added comfort, TV and storage cupboards. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, induction hobs, a toaster, an espresso machine, a refrigerator, a freezer and all necessary utensils. You also have a washing machine and a tumble dryer for added convenience.
The shower room with WC completes this functional space. The apartment benefits from reversible air conditioning and central heating for your comfort throughout the year, as well as fibre optic Internet access to stay connected.
