The space has been organized to feel comfortable and to create a day space and a night space, both as pleasant as the other. This studio consists of a sleeping area with a convertible sofa. In the living room area, you will find a small table serving as a dining area. The kitchen is suitably equipped to meet your expectations during your stay. The bathroom offers a shower, sink area and WC. The apartment has air conditioning and Wi-Fi.
Private underground parking will be greatly appreciated
The apartment allows quick access to the sandy beaches of Cannes with its typically Mediterranean atmosphere.

The population of Cannes multiplies during the film festival period and in summer. Instead of looking for a parking space near the Croisette when you go to the center of Cannes, it is recommended to leave your vehicle at the residence and use public transport.
Regional Express Train (TER SNCF): The Cannes SNCF station is just a quarter of an hour by car from the residence. The lines will allow you to reach Nice, Antibes or even Monaco
Marinello maritime shuttle: During the summer, a maritime shuttle service is set up. This means of transport allows you to cross the bay of Cannes in a pleasant way at a low cost

"La Banane" is a neighborhood in the commune of Cannes located between the Croisette, the Palais des Festivals, Rue d'Antibes, the beaches, and the prestigious hotels.
La Banane is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, the city's nerve center with all its shops and restaurants. It is also a highly sought-after and lively area. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you! Not to mention the beach 100 meters away and the Croisette just as close. You will be just a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
A bakery and supermarket are just a stone's throw from the building.
You will also be 15 minutes from Le Suquet, the old town of Cannes. Le Suquet is a must-see neighborhood in Cannes, with its narrow streets, colorful facades, the old Château de Cannes, and the Church of Notre-Dame-de-l'Espérance. Cannes railway station is accessible in approximately 10-15 minutes on foot (±1 km), with direct connections to Nice, Monaco and Antibes.
