Everything can be done on foot, but you can also park your car nearby with the parking space less than 100 meters away.
All amenities, shops and boutiques for shopping are accessible nearby, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy ...
In season, the little train from the Post Office can take you to Juan Les Pins, where you can spend the day and discover other beaches.
Juan also offers a famous Jazz festival in summer (Jazz a Juan), and will seduce you with its bars and restaurants that make its reputation for nightlife!
The old town of Antibes will immerse you in a resolutely Mediterranean atmosphere, between markets and lively alleys, squares and small squares where the Antibes meet on the terraces of cafes and restaurants.
Antibes is also a city steeped in history. A former Greek port colony, you will have the opportunity to walk along the quays of the port and its famous billionaires' quay. You will find in particular the Vauban fort and the Picasso museum fixing the big Blue on the heights of old Antibes, a pretty cathedral ....
A few km going towards Nice, we find the racecourse of Cagnes sur mer, Marina Baie des Anges, Marineland or the famous casino of the Siesta.
As for sports activities, Antibes offers possibilities of sailing, as well as diving, rental of windsurfing / kayaking and catamarans. For golf lovers, courses are available nearby as well as horse riding, and tennis.
In winter, you can access several resorts in the region during the day, such as Isola 2000 in 1.5 hours by car.
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at the Antibes SNCF train station which is a 10-minute walk away.
- You can take the car and take the Antibes exit on the A8 motorway which is 20 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is a 20-30 minute drive away.
Cannes congresses such as MIPIM, Lions or the Film Festival: stay in Antibes and quickly reach Cannes by train. The train station is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.
Linens and bath towels are included in your reservation. Toiletries are also provided for each traveler (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be cleaned and the trash thrown away.
If you want regular cleaning, this is possible and on request.
This service is billed at 35 euros per hour.
One or more changes of sheets and towels are possible and on request.
The complete kit, a bed and 2 towel kits is billed at 40 euros.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the deposit may be retained in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
Smoking is not allowed inside.
PLEASE NOTE: the residence is extremely quiet and the co-owners are very attached to this tranquility.
Following certain excesses, any overflows disturbing the tranquility of the premises will result in a deduction from the deposit.

- Either independently and free of charge with an illustrated guide sent by message
- Or in a personalized way with one of our agents, charged €30 to be paid upon arrival.
