Located in the peaceful village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt, this 32 m² holiday cottage with full air conditioning welcomes you for a comfortable and restful stay.

The accommodation can accommodate 2 to 4 people and comprises:
A bedroom with a 140 cm double bed.
A living room equipped with a 140 cm sofa bed that can accommodate 2 additional people.
An open and equipped kitchen overlooking the living area.
A bathroom with WC.

Outside, you will enjoy a lovely private terrace with no overlooking neighbours, furnished with a table for 4 people, an awning for sunny days and a gas barbecue to share good meals in the open air.
The swimming pool, to be shared with a second holiday home, is open every day from 10am to 10pm. Outside these hours, it has an alarm with motion detector. Its access is completely independent, as is the entrance to the accommodation, to guarantee your peace and autonomy.

The swimming pool area has been designed for your comfort: you will find sun loungers, a pleasant relaxation area as well as a refrigerator space available to keep your drinks and snacks cool during your moments of relaxation by the water.

The owners reside on the same property, whilst remaining particularly discreet and respectful of your privacy. Available if needed, they will know how to welcome you with kindness and contribute to making your stay pleasant.

Its pleasant botanical trail and its walk accessible to all make it an ideal place for family outings, hiking or simply to enjoy the calm of nature. Fishing enthusiasts will also appreciate this preserved natural setting.

The surroundings offer numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes through the pine and cork oak forests that make the charm of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt and the Pays de Fayence.
