Discover at "Pearl Beach" our large two-room apartment + capsule, on the ground floor with sea view. The residence, new and of high standing, is planted with trees, peaceful and completely secure. Equipped with the latest energy and accessibility standards, it also offers privileged access to the beach in addition to its magnificent rooftop infinity pool (closed from October 1).
The apartment, fully air-conditioned, offers a spacious living room bathed in light combining comfort and modernity. Furnished with a corner sofa and a large TV with home cinema, the living room opens onto the terrace and the garden. The small fully equipped kitchen with new and quality appliances is open to the living room.
The sleeping area is composed of a large shower room with WC and walk-in shower as well as two bedrooms. The large bedroom has a Queen size bed with independent sleeping arrangements and a TV, it gives direct access to the garden. A second room, the capsule, offers two single bunk beds, with a window on the north side and a view of the wooded area of the residence.
Finally do not worry about your vehicle, it will find its place in the basement of the residence in a closed box.
The pearl of the residence, its rooftop infinity pool, free access from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering a remarkable view of the Mediterranean and the mountains.
You will have direct access to the beach, just 15 meters from the apartment.
A shopping center is located in front of the residence, and restaurants are close to the accommodation.
Upon your arrival, you will find household linen (sheets, bath towels, bath mats), toilet paper, miniature shower gel, kitchen cleaning kit (dishwashing liquid, surface cleaner, detergent, dishwasher tablet and washing machine).
