Looking for peaceful holidays in a comfortable and spacious apartment, close to the beach, shops, and train station? Discover our beautiful two-room apartment in the heart of Golfe-Juan! Everything is within walking distance: the train station in 5 minutes, the beach and the port with their water activities in 10 minutes, and all the shops near the apartment. Just 20 minutes away from Cannes festival palace!
The apartment, located in a small peaceful residence, has a comfortable living room with sofa bed type rapido, a modern kitchen and very well equipped. the two rooms are open on a large terrace lined with greenery, facing south and offering table and umbrella to enjoy at any time a pleasant moment outdoors with family or friends.
The bedroom, north side, with a 140x200 bed and its comfortable mattress, has a French window giving access to a small courtyard with drying rack.
Finally the bathroom has a spacious shower and storage and a hairdryer.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has internet connection. A parasol is available for your days at the beach, possibility to park bicycles for your walks by the sea. The residence is accessible by two streets (avenue de Verdun or avenue de la Palmeraie).
You will find on your arrival the linens (sheets, towels, bath mat and kitchen towel), toilet paper, shower gel cute, kitchen cleaning kit (washing liquid, cleaning any surface, laundry, tablet dishwasher and washing machine).
All the spaces of this apartment are exclusively dedicated travelers, we will ask every arrival to the tenants to take care of the places.
We make every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible and remain available for the duration of your trip.
A deposit of 400 euros collected will be required on each arrival and will be returned no later than 48 hours after your departure if no damage or breakage has been found. In this case a part or all may be retained.
