Located in a residence on the heights of Théoule-sur-Mer with swimming pool and snack bar.
Hiking trails start at the foot of the residence.
Free shuttle service from the residence to reach Théoule centre.
The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, the living room offers a comfortable sofa bed to accommodate up to 4 travellers.
The kitchen is adequately equipped with a refrigerator, hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle.
Basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be present so you can fully enjoy your arrival at the accommodation.

Well sheltered in the heart of a small cove in the Estérel, Théoule is a quiet and paradisiacal seaside resort that has all the assets to delight holidaymakers.
You will discover turquoise waters lapping at its beaches of sand shaded by palm trees, numerous coves and creeks in the red rocks of the Esterel.
You will be able to walk around its lovely little marina with its mini-lighthouse in red stone and admire some very beautiful gleaming residences surrounded by gardens. You cannot miss the superb crenellated castle in red stone, called the "Miners' Castle" which is actually an old 18th-century soap factory transformed into a holiday residence.
The mildness of its climate throughout the year, the richness of its flora and the diversity of landscapes between the Mediterranean Sea and the Estérel increasingly captivate nature lovers... who will be delighted as they walk the trails towards the surrounding peaks (including that of Grosses Grues, which reaches 440 metres) or towards Pointe de l'Aiguille: a sublime park of red rocks plunging into crystal-clear sea.
It is located 6 kilometres from Mandelieu-la-Napoule, 9 from Cannes, 40 from Nice, 30 from Fréjus and 37 from Saint-Raphaël.
To get to the apartment:
- You can take the train and stop at Cannes SNCF station which is about thirty minutes by taxi away.
- You can take the car and take the Mandelieu la Napoule exit on the A8 motorway which is 25 minutes from the accommodation.
- If you are coming from the airport, the apartment is 45 minutes by car depending on travel times.
Household linen and bath towels are included in your booking. Toiletries are also provided for each traveller (shampoo, shower gel, soap).
Cleaning is also included in the rental price. However, the dishes must be washed and the bins emptied.
If you wish regular cleaning, this is possible and on request.
This service is charged at 35 pounds per hour.
One or more changes of sheets and towels are possible and on request.
The complete kit, one bed and 2 towel kits are charged at 40 euros.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travellers must respect the premises, the neighbourhood, and basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene during their stay.
All or part of the deposit may be retained if these basic instructions are not complied with.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
