A bus stop 3min from the apartment served by major bus lines allows you to easily go to Cannes, Antibes, Grasse, Nice, Monaco, Menton among others. Saint-Laurent-du-Var train station is less than 2km away. Nice airport a few minutes by car.
A tennis court is next to the apartment, possible court rental by the hour.
