This apartment is located in a dominant position on a hill of the esterel so to access it you will have to take an outside staircase.
You will arrive on a wooden terrace which gives on your left, your apartment, and on your right the well maintained garden, where deckchairs, dining table and parasol will be waiting for you to take advantage of the beautiful summer evenings.
The large swimming pool and the hiking departures are located 5 minutes walk from your holiday resort.
There is no private parking space with this rental, but you will have no trouble parking because there is a large car park 40 meters before the stairs to reach your apartment. Of course, to unload your personal belongings, you can park temporarily at the top of the stairs.

Palais des Festivals de Cannes is 11 km from the property, while International Museum of Perfumery is 25 km away. The nearest airport is Nice Côte d'Azur Airport, 37 km from the property.

The Les Greens residence is located opposite Cannes Marina which is a district of Mandelieu-la-Napoule, a quiet and residential area which has more than 2,000 inhabitants and which is close to various activities.
