Le Suquet is an essential district of Cannes, with its narrow streets, its colorful facades, the old Château de Cannes and the church of Notre-Dame-de-l’Espérance. It is also a very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Without forgetting the beach 200m away and the Croisette 15 minutes away. You will be a few meters from the Palais des Festivals and the Old Port of Cannes.
Bakery and supermarket are located a stone's throw from the building.
Formerly a fishing village, Le Suquet is the typical historic district of Cannes, overlooking the city.
From rue Meynadier to the colorful stalls of the Forville market, your taste buds will be won over by sweet shops, canneries, delicatessens and fresh, local products, including tasting socca.
The climb to the top of Suquet, where the medieval castle of Lérins sits, passing through the cobbled streets with picturesque facades steeped in history, amazes young and old alike with the beauty of the flowery and colorful landscape.
Move
Access to the accommodation from Nice Côte d'Azur airport is possible by bus: take bus 210 towards Cannes and get off at the Cannes SNCF station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and this stop is located 1km from the apartment.
You can also ask us to organize a transfer by private vehicle from the airport to the apartment.
The Cannes SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, allowing you to easily visit Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton and even Italy.
You can also come by car and park in the surrounding area or in one of the many public car parks in the city center nearby. The Pantiero car park is a 7-minute walk away.
Cleaning as well as linen and bath towels are included in the reservation price, any damage will be charged to you. We ask you to leave the kitchen area clean and tidy (dishes) and remove your waste before your departure; you may be charged for additional cleaning if we deem it necessary.
However, the accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.

From the Château Eléonore residence to the Villa de Noailles, passing by to admire the Palais Beausite, the Château Vallombrosa, and other beautiful buildings.
Whether you're on a business trip with the Palais des Festivals as your main attraction, or on vacation to enjoy Cannes and its beaches, you can choose between the beaches of La Croisette and the Plages du Midi. Rue d'Antibes is also a popular place for strolling and shopping. For a coffee or restaurant break, we recommend a seat at a café on Rue Hoche and Cannes Banane. In the evening, the atmosphere of the old town of Le Suquet will delight you.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but the residence does have unreserved parking spaces. The famous Croisette and its beaches are a 25-minute walk away. Rue d'Antibes and its many boutiques are also a great place to shop. The train station is also less than a half-hour walk from the apartment.
