Located on the first floor with lift, you will find all the comforts: 100 m2 of living space, large kitchen equipped with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms, washing machine, Wi-Fi, large terrace, park, swimming pool, and visitor parking in front building.
The accommodation is composed of a bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with access to the terrace, a living-dining room with television and second access to the large terrace.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle.
The basic products in the kitchen and the bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage when you arrive in the accommodation.

The living room opens onto a terrace which will offer you an ideal space to share your sunny lunches or have an aperitif.
The accommodation is located at the gates of the city center and the Old Town, which makes it easily accessible.

Antibes SNCF train station is a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to visit Cannes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or Italy easily.
You can also come by car and park in the surroundings or in the residence's visitor car park.
The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. Travelers must during their stay respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
